What type of event is this?
We host “Bring Your Own Computer” eSport events. Gamers are welcome to turn up with a full team or as a solo player. We have a team selection phase for gamers without a full team, you can find more details on the tournaments page and visit the team selection tab.
Am I able to cancel my ticket?
If you aren’t able to attend the event. You will need to email us @ email@example.com informing us why you can no longer attend. If the refund is requested 30 days before the event starts you will be issued a full refund sub £3 admin fee. Refunds will not be permitted if the cancellation is made within the 30 days before the event start. Refunds will take up to 14 days to process providing all the information we need has be supplied.
What can I bring with me?
You will need the following:
- Mouse Mat
- Phone Charger
- Food / Drinks (No Alcohol)
Can I use speakers?
No, you are required to bring your own headset.
How old do I have to be to attend
We do not have an aged limit. If you are under the age of 16 years you will need to complete our parental consent form and hand this to us on arrival. If you are under the age of 16 we advice a parent/guardian to attend with you.
Am I able to bring multiple monitors
No, we do not have enough room for more then one monitor. There may not be enough space for monitors larger then 32″.
How do I book a ticket?
You can book a ticket by clicking this link book ticket. You will be allocated a seat number which you will find on the day. We recommend that groups book together to prevent you from being split apart. You can find the seating plan on our discord channel you are welcome to swap seats with other attendees.
How do I pick a seat?

Can I bring alcohol?
No, all drinks will be supplied by the venue at their bar. Anyone found with alcohol which wasn’t purchased at the bar will receive a warning and the drink will be removed. If you have received multiple warning you will be removed from the event.
Are food and drinks supplied?
Food will be supplied at the event. You will be able to purchase snacks throughout the day and main meals will be purchasable during certain times. You can have free tap water from the bar or purchase any other drink on offer.
Am I able to leave the event and return later?
All attendees will be given a wristband which they must wear at all times during the event. The wristbands will allow you to leave the event and then enter again. Some events may not be able to run past midnight, we may go out on bar crawls and the wristbands help us to identify our group.
Security & Equipment
Who is responsible for my equipment at the LAN?
You are, we provide a safe and secure environment but we do not take any responsibility for your equipment.
Is my equipment secure?
Yes, the event is locked and secure all night. Staff will be constantly looking out for any odd behaviour. When we choose our events we take everything into consideration and security is high on our priority list.
Are there any first aiders at the event?
Yes, we have members of staff who are trained first aiders. All this important information will be sent to you over email after purchasing your tickets.
Is my equipment insured?
You are required to arrange your own insurance, we won’t be providing any for your equipment.
