What If A Player Can't Compete?

If a player isn’t able to compete in the event after submitting your team please email us at You are able to make one roster change before the event start. If any other issues arise unfortunately you aren’t able to compete and another team would be selected.

Tournament Structure

Match Details

Below outline the specific match details, these follow the rules ESL use.

  • Freeze Time - 15 seconds
  • Round Time - One minute and 55 seconds
  • Max Rounds - 15
  • Start Money - $800

If a player has a problem that prevents him from playing on, he is allowed to use the pause function. The pause function has to be used at the beginning of the next round (during the freeze time). The player has to announce the reason before or immediately after he paused the match. If no reason is given, the opponent may unpause the game and continue playing. Unpausing or pausing the game without any reason will lead to penalty points.

If there are any technical issues you can use the technical pause command (the exact command will be released soon). Once you have paused the match please call over an admin, if the issue persists an admin may continue play, an admins decision is final.

We have no tolerance for cheating, anyone found cheating will be removed from the tournament and will force their team to be disqualified.

Admins may inspect your machine at any time during the event, they will be inspecting for cheats/hacks within your game files or other files on your PC.

If you experience any server issues / failures please call over an admin immediately, they will advice you on what will happen.
